As the Global Learning and Development Lead at Publicis Health, Stacey L. Richter-Levy oversees all learning initiatives and implemented a corporate leadership development program targeted towards growing leadership effectiveness by tapping into potential. Stacey thrives when combining her passion for creating a-ha moments that change lives with her proven track record of developing interactive learning experiences. This specialty in training, learning, and employee development emerged from positions Stacey held while earning a Master’s Degree from Columbia University in Social-Organizational Psychology and has flourished through years of experience across several sectors, including Financial Services with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Media/Entertainment with NBCUniversal, and now Health and Wellness Advertising.
Within one year Publicis Health went from a holding company with no organized learning to a connecting company with a highly sought after Leadership Development program. Now in Year three, Mission 650’s structure is what makes the difference. Bookend events establish a person’s purpose and mission, which then allows individuals to select from a menu of learning options to match their targeted needs.
